I am Sarah Gales-Boykin, a behavioral health consultant. As a licensed clinical social worker, and certified health education specialist, I bring a unique blend of expertise to my role. With a focus on brief solution-focused “talk therapy,” I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their personal well-being goals. My passion is for helping individuals manage chronic conditions through behavior change.

With a bachelor's degree in nuclear medicine technology from the University of Alabama Birmingham and a master’s in social work and public health from the University of Alabama Tuscaloosa, I have a solid educational foundation that compliments my practical expertise in the field. My professional certification in behavioral health consultation enhances my ability to provide tailored support to those in need.

Outside of my work I find joy in arts and crafts, photography, reading, and baking. My journey from a background in nuclear medicine to a fulfilling career in behavioral health reflects my dedication to promoting health equity, particularly in rural communities. My holistic approach to healthcare and my diverse skill set makes me a valuable resource in helping individuals achieve better health and well-being.
