Dr. Aleisha C. Coins, LPC, is an accomplished mental health therapist, educator, and consultant who is fully vested in providing equitable mental health care to marginalized groups and underserved communities. As a mental wellness advocate and behavioral health specialist, Dr. Coins is a gifted therapist with experience in grant administration and mental health program development. Dr. Coins has experience as a virtual mental health provider, online counseling faculty, acute hospitalization therapist, and director of counseling. Dr. Coins is also a strategic planner who facilitates experiential learning via corporate professional development training in mental health and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).Dr. Coins’ counseling specialties include marriage and family counseling, divorce, infertility, stress, depression, anxiety, relationships, family conflicts, self-esteem, motivation, trauma, crisis management and coping with life changes.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and working on interior design projects around her home. She also enjoys spending quality time with family, friends, and her three fur babies Bruno, Peanut, and Jorge.
